One of the biggestproblems which the United States is faced with is new-fangled iniquity. The apprehension experts feel juveniles commit crimes is because of risk factorswhen they were younger merely experts still have not found the main reasonwhy juveniles commit crimes. Some risk factors associated with juvenilecrime be poverty, repeated exposure to violence, drugs, easy access tofirearms, unstable family sustenance and family violence, delinquent peer groups,and media violence. Especially the last of family life, the effectof the media on the juveniles today, and the accession of firearms availabletoday have played a big grapheme in the increase of juveniles crimes.Themost common risk factor is the demise of the family life and the increasein family violence. Between 1976 and 1992 the number of juveniles livingin poverty grew 42% and this caused an increase in crimes by juveniles.Many of these juvenile criminals have been abused or neglected and theyalso grew up in a sing le-parent household. Research has found that 53%of these tykeren are more in all probability to be arrested, and 38% more likelyto commit a lurid crime as an adult, then their counterparts who didnot suffer such abuse. The symptoms of child abuse are high levels ofaggression and antisocial behavior and these children are twice as likelyto become juvenile offenders.
